I'm a level 3 qualified personal trainer. With over a decade of experience in the armed forces. My time in the military instilled in me a strong work ethic, discipline, and a deep understanding of the importance of physical fitness for both the body & mind.
I specialise in helping people achieve their fitness goals, whether they're looking to build strength, loss weight, improve overall fitness or just boost their gym confidence.
Fitness isn't just a job for me; its a way of life. I love to see my clients push past their limits and develop skills they never thought were possible.
I currently hold 3 x Scottish Deadlift Record in the British Drug Free Powerlifting Association under 60kg Weight class with ambitions to break both the British and world record in 2025.
